Scope & Engagement Agreement
We clearly define the scope of construction management services, fees and reporting structure. Nothing begins without a signed agreement — so expectations are set on both sides from day one.
Pre-Construction Planning
Master schedule development, tender document preparation, contractor prequalification, contract review and permit coordination — the groundwork that keeps the build itself on track.
Construction Execution & Oversight
Active site management throughout the build — regular site visits, trade coordination, progress meetings, RFI and submittal management, live budget tracking and quality inspections at every phase.
Closeout & Handover
Deficiency inspections, occupancy permit coordination, warranty documentation, trade holdback release and a final project report — so the handover is as organized as the build itself.
